Home Inspections in the Greater Seattle and Washington Area

A home inspection on an existing property is a great way to learn about your future home, and can also be a great tool for negotiations. A typical home inspection will last 3-4 hours and it is best for the client to be with the inspector. We want you to learn about the dwelling and if any issues are found, be able to recommend what repairs will need to be completed. When a home inspection is complete the client should feel confident with the process and knowledgeable about the property. All home inspections come in digital form with a Standard WDO (Pest) inspection and Home Energy Report.

Please find our home inspection services below and feel free to contact us at 425-457-4497 with any further questions or concerns.
